The BP-type flanged bearing, featuring a steel plate construction with an eccentric sleeve and a circular flange housing, utilises a stamped steel flange housing. It is lightweight, space-saving, cost-effective and suitable for mass installation. Secured by an eccentric sleeve and set screw, they offer reliable anti-loosening performance and excellent vibration resistance during unidirectional rotation, whilst allowing for quick installation and removal as well as fine-tuning of alignment. The bearings are self-sealing, providing protection against dust and moisture and ensuring a long maintenance-free interval; the spherical fit offers self-aligning capability, compensating for installation misalignment. Suitable for light to medium loads, low speeds and unidirectional operation in conveying, packaging, light industrial and agricultural machinery, they are the preferred choice for economical flange mounting.
