Flange bearings are integral bearings fitted with square mounting flanges. They feature a compact design and facilitate easy installation and alignment. They can be secured directly to equipment frames or housings via the bolt holes in the flange, effectively simplifying the assembly process and improving installation accuracy. Combining the rotational support function of standard bearings with the positioning and fixing advantages of flanges, they can withstand radial and certain axial loads. Widely used in applications such as electric motors, fans, conveying equipment, textile machinery and automated equipment, they offer secure mounting, good concentricity, easy maintenance and suitability for a variety of operating conditions. They are commonly used standardised support components in small and medium-sized transmission mechanisms.
