The KHPP series flanged bearings, featuring a steel plate construction with an eccentric sleeve locking mechanism, utilise a stamped steel vertical housing, offering low weight, low cost and excellent surface rust protection. Locked in place by an eccentric sleeve, they allow for quick installation and easy alignment, whilst preventing shaft slippage. The spherical outer ring provides self-aligning capability, compensating for installation misalignment; dual-side seals protect against dust and contamination, whilst the integrated grease nipple allows for easy relubrication, ensuring simple maintenance. Suitable for light to medium loads, low speeds and general vibration conditions, these bearings are widely used in conveyors, fans, small agricultural machinery, and textile and packaging machinery, making them the preferred choice for economical, practical and lightweight applications.
